Gareth is an experienced, creative and innovative business leader.
 Before establishing Bornto he used his strong and focussed strategic business skills to lead a swift and impressive recovery of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the UK’s recruitment industry trade association; achieving rapid growth in membership and turnover, winning a series of national awards and implementing innovative member services; including an industry candidate database, research unit and task force for enterprise. He won the respect of member companies and forged strong working relationships with national and European Ministers and external influencers. Gareth has unrivalled knowledge, experience and proficiency in the global employment marketplace.
His expertise spans all areas of business management and direction and this has been recognised by his many roles in support of Government and Government initiatives; especially during his time as a member of the Small Business Council and a reporter for the EU on many national business issues. He holds a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and a Diploma in Company Direction.

 Colin is the UK’s leading authority on traditional recruitment, on-line recruitment, e-HR and emerging staffing technology and software and its application in today’s employment marketplace.
Previously Managing Director of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation's (REC's) technology subsidiary and their Acting Technology Director, he set up and succesfully managed the recruitment industry’s exclusive candidate database business and became the industry's commentator on all aspects of recruitment technology and on-line recruitment developments.
Colin has considerable knowledge, experience and specialism in the traditional and on-line employment markets and has a unique expertise in the application of technology across all employment related environments.
